For the past 8 years, No Excuses College Tours & Programs (NEX College Tours) has proudly partnered with HBCU Day™, helping to connect students across the Greater Cincinnati area to the rich legacy and opportunities offered by Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Through their impactful HBCU college tours, NEX College Tours has expanded access, inspired aspirations, and equipped students with the firsthand experiences needed to envision themselves on an HBCU campus. We celebrate their continued commitment to shaping futures and strengthening the HBCU pipeline.

HBCU Day™ is a community-driven initiative that unites HBCU alumni across Cincinnati in a shared passion for celebrating and promoting Historically Black Colleges and Universities. This in-school program is presented by the Florida A&M University National Alumni Association – Greater Cincinnati Chapter, with strong support from alumni associations representing Central State University, Grambling State University, Hampton University, Kentucky State University, Morehouse College, Tuskegee University, and Southern University.

Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) has been a proud partner of HBCU Day™, joining forces with local alumni to inspire, engage, and encourage students to envision their future at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Over the last eight years, this partnership has impacted more than 50,000 students, expanding beyond CPS to also benefit students from DePaul Cristo Rey, Wyoming High School, and Princeton Schools. Together, the program and its partners continue to excite the next generation about the possibilities that await at an HBCU.
